Job summary

Agility Robotics is hiring a Senior Manager, Planning to lead a key segment of our Supply Chain team in onsite Salem. You will oversee material and inventory planning, partnering with Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Inventory teams to meet global demand for our humanoid robots.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in planning, strong IBP/SIOP and MRP/ERP expertise, and proven leadership to guide a small team through risk management and data-driven strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain planning in high-tech, robotics, or industrial manufacturing.
• BA/BS in a related field; MBA preferred.
• CPF/ACPF or CPIM/CSCP certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of 12–24 month supply and inventory plans.
• Mentor planners and analysts to ensure material readiness for manufacturing orders.
• Report on KPIs like forecast accuracy, working capital, fill rates, and inbound freight.
• Own inventory health, risks, and strategies to mitigate disruption.
