TechnologyWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Risk Audit Analytics with a strong background in data analytics and reporting processes. The role has a primary mandate as an individual contributor to provide advanced data analytics support to Enterprise Risk’s - Credit Risk Review audit function. This position is embedded within U.S. Retail Credit Risk’s - Risk Analytics Architecture, a technical group that supports a much broader mandate of data, reporting, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced data analytics and reporting support to the Credit Risk Review function
Oversee Risk Analytics Architecture’s data governance processes including leading engagement with enterprise data governance
Act as a subject matter expert by providing oversight of and input into all of Risk Analytics Architecture’s control processes
Provide secondary analytics and reporting support to the larger Retail Credit Risk function
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with at least 5+ years specifically in or supporting an audit/control function.
Demonstrated experience with internal audit procedures and control frameworks
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL/SAS, Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Tableau)
Advanced understanding of data governance and data quality principles
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of banking regulations related to lending
Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Technical Skills
SQL and database knowledge; SAS preferred
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, complex formulas)
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or displayed ability to learn new tools
Salary :
$110,000.00 - $204,100.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
