The position supports acquisitions and system upgrades, develops account charters, and streamlines processes across the department. Travel may be required; CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the close process for assigned areas and prepares financial reports in line with GAAP, IAS, and SEC.
• Assists in footnotes and SEC/Annual Report disclosures.
• Leads acquisitions, system implementations, and upgrades.
• Develops account charters to ensure efficient processes and integration.
• Reviews procedures to optimize workflow and resource use.
• Leads and develops a diverse team of direct reports.
• Ensures procedures align with GAAP, IAS, and SEC.
• Supports audits and coordinates with internal and external auditors.
