Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the close process for assigned areas and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure GAAP, IAS, and SEC compliance in all reporting.
• Prioritize IT projects related to rebates and commissions.
• Review and approve rebate and commission payments.
• Assist in the preparation of footnote accounting for SEC and annual reports.
• Lead acquisitions, system implementations, conversions, and upgrades.
• Review processes to streamline activities and improve department efficiency.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of employees.
• Ensure procedures align with GAAP, IAS, and SEC.
• Liaise with auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
