Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations in Rosemont, IL for a hybrid role with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tue-Thu. You will lead initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness, scale processes, and deliver insights across the global organization.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder influence, and talent development to mature Revenue Operations as a strategic partner. Strong Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting global commercial organizations and in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similarly complex environment preferred.
• Experience leading operational improvement, technology enablement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and commercial technology platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience coaching, developing, or leading team members and building organizational capability.

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will help drive operational excellence, technology enablement, and scalable business practices across our global commercial organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations, you'll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, optimize commercial systems and tools, strengthen data and reporting, and translate business needs into actionable solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with the opportunity to influence how Revenue Operations evolves as a strategic business partner. As a senior leader within the function, you'll also help develop talent, establish effective operating practices, and build organizational capabilities that support long-term growth.

This is a hybrid role based in Rosemont, IL, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration days Tuesday through Thursday.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $149,400 - $182,500 annually. This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
