Job summary

Nourish is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to build and scale a high-performing team in a fast-growing healthcare start-up. You will design and manage RCM performance and workflows, ensuring operational excellence while delivering a best-in-class patient experience.

You will oversee a cross-functional, remote- or NYC-based team, driving AI-enabled processes and collaborating with Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle/healthcare operations.
• 3+ years leading a team of 5+ members.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Patient-centric focus with a bias for delivering best-in-class experience.
• Proactive, independent problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Tech-savvy with CRM/communication platforms; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the RCM team, delivering ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Oversee day-to-day RCM operations with accuracy and efficiency, prioritizing patient experience.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training to scale the RCM team.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to optimize collections and operations.
• Coordinate with RCM, Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and external vendors.
• Support new product and contract activations with smooth launches.
• Own ad-hoc projects to support growth and process improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track productivity and workflow success.
