THG Beauty, the THG group’s prestige beauty division, seeks a Senior Manager of Retention for Biossance in San Francisco. Lead retention marketing across email, SMS, loyalty, and lifecycle programs; translate insights into high‑impact campaigns and journeys; partner with analytics to drive revenue growth across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of CRM/retention/lifecycle experience in a DTC consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of email/SMS best practices, segmentation, automation and personalization.
• Hands-on experience with loyalty programs and customer lifecycle strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own retention strategy, calendar, and campaign execution across email, SMS, and loyalty.
• Develop lifecycle journeys (Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Replenishment, Winback) and expand coverage.
• Grow new customer acquisition, repeat purchase, and CLV across key segments.
• Partner with E‑commerce and Analytics to improve retention across the journey.
• Monitor and optimize program performance and deliverability.
