Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 8+ years in district/sales management or sales enablement.
• Retail experience in store or corporate office (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales enablement, and training best practices.

Responsibilities

• Set the sales support strategy for multiple lines of business.
• Develop strategic design, planning and implementation of programs to support retail go-to-market objectives.
• Streamline field tools and improve overall efficiency.
• Project manage all sales programs, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Travel approximately 5%.
