2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem, driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence and product training to build knowledge and improve the shopper's journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy and represent Samsung at retail locations.
• Schedule and optimize store visits across multiple channels.
• Maintain professional interactions with retail partners.
• Plan travel routes to maximize coverage.
• Become an expert on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Oversee Samsung display merchandising and branding.
• Train retail sales staff on Samsung products.
• Drive KPI achievement and sell-out through initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with store managers.
• Execute field initiatives through daily store visits.
