2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to act as a brand ambassador for Samsung in the Field Sales Team. This role drives brand awareness through merchandising excellence, product training, and improving shopper journeys across multiple retail channels.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and state-required liability coverage.
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. with occasional overnight stays.
• Valid REAL ID for domestic air travel.
• Experience in multi-unit territory management and retail merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador for Samsung and drive brand awareness.
• Develop structured schedules for store visits across channels.
• Follow store visit guidelines and maintain professionalism with partners.
• Route travel efficiently to maximize coverage of territories.
• Demonstrate Samsung mobile products and ecosystem benefits.
• Oversee merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
• Train retail staff on products to promote sales.
• Achieve KPIs and drive unit sell-out through planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships with store managers to align objectives.
