Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Development, Products & Experiences to lead retail strategies that drive sell-in and sell-through of licensed merchandise with major partners like Target and Kohl's. You will manage retailer relationships, ensure in-store execution, and collaborate with marketing, licensing and franchise teams to grow brands across Toys, Home, Beauty, and more.

The role offers on-site in Minneapolis with some virtual engagement, a competitive salary and generous

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Target or major retailers preferred.
• Strong merchandising understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retail partners and licensees to drive sell-in and sell-through of licensed products across key categories including Toys, Sporting Goods, Home, Accessories, Food & Beverage and Essentials & Beauty.
• Be the account and retail expert across categories.
• Contribute to overall account long term planning and strategy.
• Execute retail strategies across category responsibilities.
• Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution; partner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all licensed products and retail placements.
• Conduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and identify new opportunities.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, category, franchise) to support campaigns.
