Job summary

Paramount Pictures in Bentonville, AR seeks a Sr. Manager, Retail Development to drive sell-in of licensed merchandise. You will manage day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, ensure strong in-store execution, and grow brands across Toys, Sporting Goods, Home, and more.

You will analyze sales data, market trends, and collaborate with marketing and franchise teams to support campaigns and launches. This is an on-site role based in Bentonville with potential for engaging events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills.
• Autonomous with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of retail environments and merchandising strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retail partners, especially Walmart.
• Work with licensees to boost sales of licensed products.
• Focus on categories such as Toys, Sporting Goods, Home, Accessories, Food & Beverage, and Essentials & Beauty.
• Execute retail strategies across category responsibilities.
• Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
• Partner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations with licensees.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across licensed products and retail placements.
• Conduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and identify new opportunities.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns.
