Job summary

Paramount Pictures in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Manager, Retail Development in Products & Experiences to execute retail strategies that boost sell-in and sell-through of licensed merchandise with Target, Kohl's, and other partners. You will manage retailer and licensee relationships and ensure strong in-store execution.

You will analyze sales data and market trends, collaborate with marketing, franchise, and category teams, and lead activation efforts to grow brands across multiple product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development.
• Working knowledge of entertainment or categories or retail industry ideally with in-depth knowledge of Target or other major consumer products retailer.
• Deep understanding of retail environments and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retail partners and licensees to drive sell-in and sell-through of licensed products across key categories.
• Be the account and retail expert across categories.
• Contribute to overall account long term planning and strategy.
• Execute retail strategies across category responsibilities.
• Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
• Partner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations in partnership with licensees.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all licensed products and retail placements.
• Conduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and identify new opportunities.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns.
