Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Client Service Administrator in Austin to create and implement a world-class client experience for our Equity Compensation corporate clients. You will work with Client Service Managers to oversee daily relationships and lead client events.

Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, providing resources to high-value clients, handling inquiries, and partnering with SPS teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to serve as a point of contact and back-up manager when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments with deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Comfortable making decisions and knowing when to involve a manager.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Operations Subject Matter Expert for corporate clients.
• Provide operational knowledge resources for high value clients.
• Research transaction inquiries and data feeds.
• Partner with SPS teams to provide a seamless client experience.
• Process escalated emails and phone calls from clients.
• Conduct consultative conversations to share best practices.
• Support high-profile events with proper execution and timely delivery.
• Mentor onboarding Client Service Administrators.
