Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Client Service Administrator within Schwab Stock Plan Services to help deliver a world-class client experience for equity compensation corporate clients. You will work with Client Service Managers to oversee daily relationships and lead client events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Operations SME for corporate clients in equity compensation.
• Provide resources and research transaction inquiries, data feeds, and product information.
• Collaborate with SPS teams to ensure a seamless client experience for corporate clients and their employees.
• Handle escalated emails and phone calls from internal/external clients; provide best practices.
• Mentor onboarding Client Service Administrators and back-up support as needed.
• Support during high-profile events to ensure timely delivery of tasks and client satisfaction.
