Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology and Business Strategy in Austin, TX. This role partners with Technology Services senior leadership, including CIO/CTO offices, to shape technology strategy and sponsor enterprise initiatives from ideation through execution.

You will lead a small team (1-3) and mentor junior members, driving digital client experiences, cloud/platform strategy, cybersecurity, and technology operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, technology strategy, product management, or related strategic function.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives from concept through execution with executive-level recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a consultative setting and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and evaluate emerging technology and industry trends.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and Board-level stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to execution and mentor junior members in a consulting mindset.
