Job summary

Accenture seeks a Responsible AI Senior Manager to lead production-grade AI systems, embedding governance, fairness, and safety into architecture and delivery across onshore and offshore teams, spanning AWS, Azure, and Google.

You will direct large global delivery teams, own risk assessments, model governance, and drive cost and security governance while shaping reference architectures and playbooks to scale responsible AI across the practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, AI/ML engineering or data science with leadership.
• 6+ years delivering enterprise AI/agentic/data platforms in production across clouds.
• 5+ years leading large, distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• 5+ years delivering production-grade AI use cases end-to-end with governance.
• 3+ years in Responsible AI, governance, risk management, or ethics.
• 3+ years with LLMOps/MLOps at scale across multi-clouds (AWS/Azure/Google).
• 1+ year designing agentic AI architectures with multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Embed Responsible AI across lifecycle with fairness, explainability, governance.
• Own AI risk and governance, run model risk assessments and safety evaluations.
• Lead large global delivery teams delivering production-grade AI and agentic AI.
• Architect and build production AI systems with guardrails across multiple providers.
• Set standards and reference architectures for LLMOps and AI governance.
• Drive cost and security governance within AI platforms.
• Shape AI solutions with pursuit teams and contribute to sales when needed.
• Develop playbooks and training to raise Responsible AI maturity.
