Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Manager to build and scale safe, fair, and compliant AI systems. You will lead onshore and offshore delivery teams, own governance, and set technical standards for LLMOps, agentic AI, and data science platforms across cloud providers.

You will architect production AI, guide multi-model integrations, and partner with clients to shape Responsible AI programs while driving risk management and cost governance on enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

10+ years in software, AI/ML, or data science with leadership.
6+ years delivering enterprise AI platforms in production.
5+ years leading large, distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
5+ years delivering production-grade AI end-to-end with governance.
3+ years with Responsible AI, governance, or AI ethics.
3+ years in LLMOps/MLOps across multi-clouds.
1+ year building agentic AI architectures with multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

Embed Responsible AI across lifecycle with fairness, explainability, and governance.
Own AI risk and governance; advise on regulatory and reputational risk.
Lead large global delivery teams across geographies and time zones.
Architect and build production AI and agentic systems with guardrails.
Set standards for LLMOps, orchestration, data workflows, and security.
Drive FinOps and cost governance for AI platforms.
Shape client solutions and contribute to Accenture sales when needed.
