CVS Health is seeking an accomplished product/project leader to shape and shepherd strategic initiatives across healthcare domains. You will translate corporate strategy into concrete roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex deliverables in a dynamic environment.

With 7+ years in cross-functional, product, or project management within healthcare, you will partner with executives and stakeholders to align workflows and drive execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional, project, or product management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience translating product strategy into implementation plans and detailed project plans.
• Strong ability to translate strategy to execution and manage dependencies.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligning with Resources for Living priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation, including cross-functional plan development and oversight.
• Prioritize work, delegate, and coordinate to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Partner with managers and business areas to address workflows and interdependencies.
• Manage multiple products/projects with strong prioritization and attention to detail.
• Influence senior leaders to advance strategies and initiatives.
• Identify gaps, risks, and needs; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed.
• Stay current on behavioral health and EAP trends and apply innovations to product strategy.
• Represent CVS Health with executives, providers, vendors, and customers.
• Support the Product Leader with inquiries and related activities.
