Qualifications

• 7+ years in cross-functional, project, or product management in healthcare.
• 5+ years in one or more: consulting, financial analysis, PM, policy, M&A, operations, or strategic execution.
• Ability to translate product strategy into high-level implementation plans and detailed project plans.
• Experience solving customer needs and delivering on a product vision with system linkages.
• Articulating product and technical strategy to business partners during sessions.
• Elevating risks, dependencies, and recommending alternatives for mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Resources for Living priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize work, delegate steps, and manage deadlines.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Stay current on behavioral health trends and apply innovations.
• Represent CVS Health with executives, partners, and customers.
• Support the Product Leader with inquiries and related activities.
