Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional, project, or product management experience in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of experience and technical/functional expertise in one or more: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, public policy, M&A, operations, or strategic execution.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into high-level implementation and detailed project plans.
• Experience solving customer needs and delivering on a product vision with system linkages.
• Articulate product and technical strategy to partners during development sessions.
• Elevating risks, dependencies, and proposing mitigations.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Resources for Living priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery with cross-functional teams for complex technical delivery.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Partner with managers, segments, and other areas to map workflows and dependencies.
• Manage multiple products and projects with strong prioritization and attention to detail.
• Influence senior leaders to advance strategies and initiatives.
• Identify gaps and risks, escalating to leadership as appropriate.
• Incorporate behavioral health and EAP trends into product strategy.
• Represent the company with executives, partners, and customers.
• Support the Product Leader with product inquiries and related activities.
