Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional, project, or product management experience in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of experience and expertise in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, or related areas.
• Ability to translate product strategy into implementation plans and detailed project plans.
• Experience delivering on product vision considering system linkages and technical implications.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Resources for Living priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including cross-functional plan development and oversight of complex technical delivery.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple products and projects to meet deadlines.
• Identify gaps, risks and unmet needs, escalating to leadership as appropriate.
• Represent the company with executives, partners, and customers; support Product Leader with inquiries.
