Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior product/project leader to drive strategic programs across Resources for Living. You will develop plans, coordinate multi-year priorities, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

You will manage multiple products and projects, align stakeholders from executives to partners, and stay ahead of behavioral health trends to inform product development and execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional, project, or product management in healthcare.
• 5+ years in consulting, financial analysis, PM, public policy, M&A, operations, or strategic execution.
• Translate product strategy into high-level plans and detailed project plans.
• Experience solving customer needs and delivering on product vision.
• Articulate product/technical strategy to partners during development.
• Elevate risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple competing products/projects with prioritization.
• Strategic execution experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience developing analyses, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with Resources for Living priorities.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Determine priorities, clarify next steps, and delegate to meet deadlines.
• Partner with managers and other areas to address workflows and interdependencies.
• Manage multiple products/projects with strong prioritization.
• Influence senior leaders to advance strategies and initiatives.
• Identify gaps and risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Stay current on behavioral health trends and apply to product development.
• Represent the company with executives, providers, vendors, and customers.
• Support the Product Leader with product inquiries.
