Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5–8 years in a research environment with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with grants management, budget preparation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Research Administrators and Grant Specialists; provide mentoring and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate submission and monitoring of grant proposals for direct reports.
• Manage budgets for federal and non-federal research grants and contracts.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of faculty and collaboration with department staff.
• Support salary projection and special projects for Research Administration.
