Job summary

BetterHelp in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Psychiatric Operations to lead the Psychiatry Practice Management team. You will drive clinical quality, compliance, and operational excellence across the psychiatric provider network while collaborating with Legal, Product, and engineering to scale telepsychiatry responsibly.

The role requires PMHNP licensure, 5+ years of post-licensure psychiatric care, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑licensure psychiatric clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑informed decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, legal, product, and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and reviews of provider activity and clinical documentation.
• Lead psychiatric quality assurance initiatives and support investigations.
• Provide actionable, constructive feedback to psychiatric providers.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Credentialing, and Patient Safety teams.
• Coach and mentor Psychiatry Operations team members.
