The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning CMG to lead a team that builds reliable, explainable demand forecasts across portfolios, customers, channels, and planning horizons. You will translate signals into actionable item-level plans that drive supply, inventory, service, waste, and financial outcomes.

This role partners with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Commercial Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Supply Chain, Data Science, and Analytics, ensuring

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial Planning, Analytics or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and communicating with senior leaders.
• Experience with modern planning systems and analytical tools; Kinaxis, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rolling operational demand forecast for the assigned scope to support production, inventory, and customer execution decisions.
• Ensure forecast reflects baseline demand, promotions, seasonality, and portfolio changes.
• Balance forecast responsiveness with stability and document material changes clearly.
• Lead performance management of forecast accuracy, bias, and adoption of the approved plan.
