You will translate market signals into actionable item-level plans to guide supply, inventory, service, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and communicating with senior business leaders.
• Experience with modern enterprise planning systems and analytical tools (Kinaxis, SAP, etc.).
• Consumer products, highly promotional, or multi-category planning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rolling operational demand forecast for the assigned scope, with detail and horizon to support production, deployment, inventory, capacity, and execution decisions.
• Balance forecast responsiveness with stability and focus on high-value exceptions.
• Represent Demand Planning in Integrated Business Management and S&OP forums.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to reconcile forecast with sales plans and constraints.
