We're looking for a data-driven, collaborative Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and performance for a group of Allstar brands. This role blends marketing analytics, team influence, and hands-on execution to ensure brand growth and alignment with national objectives.
You'll serve as the go-to marketing expert for your region-translating insights into action, influencing local teams, and partnering cross-functionally to maximize impact.
Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with company-wide goals and tailored to local market needs.
Partner with local GMs and business leaders to build and implement full-funnel marketing plans that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth across brands using data and market insights.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Analyze marketing performance data across channels and brands using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Deliver regular reporting to both local leadership and the central marketing team.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the primary marketing contact for your region, building strong partnerships with local and corporate stakeholders.
Lead monthly regional marketing calls to drive collaboration, share wins, and troubleshoot challenges.
Coach and guide local teams on marketing best practices, tools, and strategy execution.
Budget Management
Oversee and advise on local marketing spend, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to drive results.
Track marketing ROI and make recommendations for budget optimization.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, consulting, or related roles.
Proven experience interpreting data to guide marketing decisions-especially using Power BI and Excel.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, CRM, email marketing a plus).
Experience building and leading multi-channel campaigns across regional or local teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, organized mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience in home services, franchising, or other B2C industries is a bonus-but not required.
