Senior Field Marketing Manager

Job Description

DevRev seeks a forward-thinking, passionate Field Marketing Manager to join our AMER Marketing team. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S., preferably in Austin or Atlanta, reporting to the Head of Field Marketing. The person will partner with our Enterprise Sales team across North America to develop, manage, execute, and track strategic demand generation programs aimed at driving pipeline growth for both current and new customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Customer Success Leadership to design, plan, execute, and measure impactful marketing programs that boost pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Plan and execute DevRev-hosted events such as executive roundtables, workshops, and meetups to foster customer expansion and uncover new opportunities.
  • Manage DevRev’s participation in third-party conferences, industry events, and dinners, ensuring effective follow-up and ROI measurement.
  • Partner with creative teams and external vendors to design direct mail and ABM campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Use contact acquisition tools and marketing strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Manage a quarterly marketing budget.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with other teams to improve program efficiency and innovation.
  • Utilize systems and tools to analyze pipeline performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented marketer comfortable in dynamic settings.
  • 5+ years in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM, with successful experience in events, direct mail, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
  • Decisive, agile, and able to shift between strategy and execution seamlessly.
  • Strong skills in influence and collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales and customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate plans, event details, and results clearly.
  • Willingness to travel for regional and national events, approximately 30% of the time.
