Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, DTS Revenue Cycle Management to lead governance and delivery of enterprise digital platforms supporting the Revenue Cycle Management function.

You will serve as the strategic partner for the Digital Transformation Services organization as the senior systems analyst/manager for RCM initiatives and processes. The Sr Manager leads and develops a team, facilitates governance, drives an automation and AI led agenda and prioritization forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years in technology delivery or platform management with 2+ years of people leadership.
• Experience leading revenue cycle initiatives and platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms for RCM.
• Develop and maintain RCM/Xifin roadmaps aligning to business priorities.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled improvements across the RCM portfolio.
• Ensure SDLC governance and transparent investment decisions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on value, platform health, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive delivery across cross-functional teams with risk mitigation.
