Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead the organization’s PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification. The role requires engaging with lenders, partners, and internal teams to advance Kiva’s mission and external presence.

The position is remote within the United States, with a focus on national media and partnerships, and involves owning Kiva's LinkedIn strategy and reporting on impact metrics to drive visibility and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and journalist relationship management.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy across channels.
• Experience managing multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns.
• Preferred: experience with a PR agency, or managing an agency relationship client-side.
• Preferred: familiarity with Sprout, Air, Looker, Dovetail, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media – lead PR strategy and manage day-to-day PR firm relationships.
• Identify, shape, and execute public-facing campaigns with strategic partners and hubs.
• Own LinkedIn strategy and thought leadership amplification.
• Own and present analytics and performance trends across PR, campaigns, and channels.
