Job summary

Kiva is a global nonprofit accelerating financial access. The Senior Manager, Public Relations will lead PR strategy, media outreach, and thought leadership across the Communications & Influence team. You will drive campaigns with partners, amplify borrower stories, and ensure impactful media coverage.

You will own Kiva's LinkedIn and collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to scale visibility of impact campaigns. Authorized US work status required.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and media relations with journalist relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and execute thought leadership strategy.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns and agency relationships.
• Creative writing skills for thought leadership and media pitches.
• Ability to translate impact data into compelling PR materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification.
• Own Kiva's LinkedIn strategy and day-to-day channel management.
• Identify opportunities to elevate visibility at conferences, panels, and awards.
• Aggregate and present insights from PR, media coverage, and campaigns.
