Job summary

CVS Health leads provider data integrity and attribution governance to support Medicaid operations. The senior manager serves as a key liaison among provider relations, data management, IT, analytics, claims, and other teams to ensure accurate data and reliable downstream processes.

Responsibilities include governing attribution and provider data, resolving issues affecting member assignment, and partnering with plan leaders and technology teams to deliver compliant, data-driven projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, or provider data.
• Strong ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex health care data.
• Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to resolve data issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes to ensure reliable outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues impacting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, and technology to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
