Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead attribution governance, provider data integrity, and related controls across Medicaid operations. You will serve as a key liaison among provider relations, data management, IT, analytics, and claims to keep data accurate and workflows reliable.

Candidates will manage governance routines, resolve data issues, and drive improvements. You will partner with plan leaders, network and compliance teams to deliver projects that meet regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid or managed care operations.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile provider data issues.
• Knowledge of provider identifiers, affiliations, and contracts.
• Strong communication translating operational issues into business risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and reporting.
• Partner with health plan leaders, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, and IT to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify defects, drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data ops.
