CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead attribution governance and provider data integrity within Medicaid operations. You will coordinate with provider relations, IT, analytics, and claims to ensure data accuracy and downstream reliability.

Responsibilities include overseeing governance routines, resolving data issues, and driving process improvements across multiple teams while aligning with regulatory requirements and customer experience goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with provider data governance and attribution issues.
• Proven ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting reporting.
• Partner with plan leaders and teams to deliver data-driven projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audits, and regulatory validation.
• Identify defects and drive process improvements to reduce rework.
