Job summary

NASCAR, based in Concord, North Carolina, is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Development to lead growth for NASCAR Productions and the NASCAR Production Facility. You will develop business strategies, identify opportunities across sports and entertainment, and drive revenue through partnerships and premium production services.

You will manage proposals, budgets, pricing, and contracts, build long-term client relationships, and position NASCAR as a premier live production and content

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development, sales, media production, or related fields.
• Proven track record growing revenue and securing new business.
• Experience selling production services and facilities.
• Strong proposal, budgeting, pricing, and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to hit annual revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with sports properties, broadcasters, brands, and agencies.
• Commercialize the NASCAR Production Facility and its capabilities.
• Develop proposals, scopes, budgets, pricing, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on contracts ensuring profitability.
• Create sales materials, case studies, and pricing resources.
• Monitor industry trends and expand service offerings.
• Position NASCAR Productions as a leader in live production and content services.
