Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Quality Engineering to lead a team of quality engineers responsible for defining and executing processes that ensure high quality and reliable products within the Intelligence Systems portfolio.

You will collaborate with heads of production, manufacturing engineering, program management, deployments, sourcing, and engineering teams to drive quality readiness and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10+ combined years of experience in technical/engineering disciplines related to product quality/engineering.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, MSA, GR&R, SPC, and GD&T.
• Eligible to obtain and/or maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance (clearance not required to start).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure PDP gate readiness and production quality.
• Champion continuous improvement and RCCA/CAPA activities.
• Own supplier quality programs and risk management.
• Drive quality metrics and data analysis to improve product reliability.
• Coordinate with production, program management, deployments, sourcing and chief engineers.
