Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Quality Manager to lead a team of quality engineers defining and executing processes that deliver high-quality, reliable products for Intelligence Systems. You will partner with production heads, manufacturing engineering, program management, deployments, sourcing, and chief engineers to meet customer and product requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience leading quality teams to address production issues and quality delivery.
Strong RCCA, CAPA, NCR, MRB knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

Be the voice and leader for production quality across development and production phases.
Lead a team to champion continuous improvement and drive quality readiness for production scaling.
Set priorities and ensure safe, best-in-class product quality on the production floor.
Drive design reviews, process development, verification/validation, and qualification.
Resolve performance ambiguities affecting quality and reliability goals.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and end-of-line quality control.
Own elimination of product risk by reducing process contribution to quality.
Lead RCCA, NCRs, CAPA, and MRB activities and share lessons learned.
