Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a team of product quality engineers and specialists who will define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality and reliable products for Intelligence Systems. You will build partnerships with heads of production, manufacturing engineering, program management, deployments, sourcing and multiple engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
Experience leading a quality team to address production execution and quality issues.
Knowledge of PCBA, harnessing, mechanical structures, systems integration, power/battery, radar, vision systems, networking, and remote management.
Experience translating engineering qualification to manufacturing variance testing and quality coverage.
FMEA/APQP, MSA, GR&R, GD&T, PPAP familiarity and documentation controls.

Responsibilities

Be the voice and leader for production quality and related functions in the production process.
Lead and manage a team to champion continuous improvement and failure mode elimination.
Set priorities and promote best-in-class quality tools and processes while prioritizing safety.
Drive production readiness through design reviews, process development, validation, and deployment.
Own RCCA, NCRs, CAPA, MRB activities and share lessons across the team.
Develop quality metrics and analyze health data to drive performance if out of spec.
Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and required documentation.
Collaborate with production, program management, deployments, sourcing and chief engineers to meet requirements.
