Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of individual products across regions. You will bridge product strategy and field execution, ensure offerings are positioned, understood, and adopted by markets, segments, and distribution channels.
This role supports West, Central, Northeast, and Southeast regions, with remote or hybrid options. You will lead sales enablement, market insights, and performance tracking to accelerate revenue and customer value realization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, or related market-facing roles.
- Experience enabling revenue growth through product positioning and sales strategy.
- Strong understanding of payor-focused healthcare products and related commercial markets.
Responsibilities
- Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and upsell within existing customers.
- Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop growth plans.
- Deliver sales training, product education sessions, and market-facing presentations.
