Qualifications

• 7+ years in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning, sales strategy, market execution or expansion within existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of payor-focused healthcare products or related commercial market segments.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment with sales teams and product leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for external client and broker discussions.
• Ability to translate product direction into commercially relevant messaging and sales execution.
• Strong organizational judgment, prioritization, and follow-through in high-visibility work.
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of products through new logo sales and buy-up within existing clients.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop product-specific growth plans.
• Support pipeline development and deal advancement through client and broker discussions.
• Equip sales teams, brokers, and consultants with value propositions, positioning and messaging.
• Deliver sales training, product education sessions and market-facing presentations.
