Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and buy-up/upsell within existing customers.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop product-specific growth plans.
• Support pipeline development and deal advancement, including client and broker discussions.
• Equip sales teams, brokers, and consultants with clear value propositions and competitive positioning.
• Deliver and support sales training and product education sessions.
• Translate complex product features into client-relevant benefits and provide market insights to refine positioning.
