Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of product portfolio across regional markets in the United States. You will bridge product strategy and field execution to position, educate, and accelerate adoption.

This full-time role offers remote or hybrid work, regional scope across West, Central, Northeast, and Southeast, with a strong emphasis on sales leadership, market insights, and collaboration with sales teams and product managers.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, commercial product roles, sales enablement, business development, account growth, or related market-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Drive Product Growth (New + Buy-Up Sales) and own sales performance for assigned products including new logo sales and upsell within existing customers.
Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop product-specific sales strategies and growth plans.
Support pipeline development and deal advancement, including participation in client and broker discussions.
Enable Regional Sales & Distribution by equipping sales teams, brokers, and consultants with clear value propositions, competitive messaging, and client-ready materials.
Deliver and support sales training, product education sessions, and market-facing presentations.
Translate complex product features into client-relevant benefits.
