CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of individual products within the portfolio across West, Central, Northeast, and Southeast regions. The role bridges product strategy and field execution, ensuring offerings are positioned and adopted in markets.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, commercial product roles, sales enablement, business development, account growth, or related market-facing roles.
Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning, sales strategy, market execution, or expansion within existing accounts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence supporting external client and broker discussions.

Responsibilities

Own sales performance for assigned products, including: New logo sales; Buy-up / upsell within existing customers.
Partner with assigned regional sales and account teams to: Identify target accounts and segments; Develop product-specific sales strategies and growth plans.
Support pipeline development and deal advancement, including participation in client and broker discussions.
