Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead design for core platform experiences, mobile experiences for native platforms and the design system team. You will report to the Senior Director, Product Design and manage approximately 8 product designers across the United States and India.

This craft-driven leadership role focuses on elevating design standards, overseeing the design system, and partnering with product and engineering to deliver a cohesive, high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in product design, UX or related disciplines, including 3+ years managing product designers
• Proven experience managing designers across complex B2B SaaS, platform, mobile or multi-product environments
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment, visual craft and interaction-design taste, with the ability to raise the quality of work across a team
• Experience leading critique, coaching designers and helping teams make strong design decisions
• Experience leading or line managing design system work, including component libraries and governance across product teams
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones; collaboration with India-based teams is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to hire strong designers and develop talent with clear coaching and feedback

Responsibilities

• Lead design across core platform experiences, native mobile surfaces and design system work
• Line manage the design system team and partner on strategy, governance and adoption
• Build a high-velocity cadence for critiques, reviews, planning and cross-functional alignment
• Ensure releases are grounded in user needs, thoughtful flows and polished visuals
• Encourage thoughtful use of AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration and production collaboration
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and maintain quality across surfaces
