Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design (M4) to lead a high-performing team of product designers focused on AI-powered workflows spanning our Product and Revenue lines. You should have 9+ years in product design, including 3+ years managing designers, and experience in B2B SaaS with AI-native experiences.

This remote-first role reports to the Senior Director, Product Design and guides a distributed team across the United States and India.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years of people management.
• Proven experience leading designers in complex B2B SaaS/platform environments.
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, customer empathy and measurable impact, including AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of 8–12 product designers across US and India.
• Shape roadmaps and design direction for AI-powered workflows across Product and Revenue lines.
• Coach designers, run critiques and ensure high-quality, accessible design.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data to align goals and delivery.
