Job summary

Scott & Associates, PC is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Process Optimization to bridge the Firm and vendor-managed providers. You will oversee process evolution, KPI validation, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include managing external service provider engagements, budgeting with EVP, and driving productivity tools. Strong analytical, confidential, and collaborative skills are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a legal office and 5+ years of process management.
• Proficient command of the English language in both written and spoken form.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and initiate communication with management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate gaps in utilization of vendor-managed service providers and create engagement paths.
• Facilitate process implementation across the Firm; assist in SOP reviews and KPI approval.
• Oversight of all active vendor-managed service provider processes and ensure quality.
• Drive process evolution toward automation and cost control; test KPIs and implement UIPath.
• Assist in validation and maintenance of department capacity tools; coordinate with EVP on FTE modifications.
• Monitor costs; review monthly production proposals and budgets; address variances with EVP.
• Assist in establishing and validating employee productivity tools and reassess tools as needed.
• Address vendor concerns and coordinate with tech/management support as required.
• All other duties assigned by the EVP.
