Job summary

tdecu seeks a Manager, Process Optimization to drive measurable, data-driven improvements across end-to-end business processes. You will lead Lean Six Sigma programs, enable automation strategies, and deliver value with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications include 10–15+ years in operational excellence, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP or equivalent, and strong analytical capabilities to optimize AHT, cycle time, throughput, and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise performance frameworks with standardized KPIs.
• Own a portfolio of Lean Six Sigma and transformation programs.
• Lead and execute high-impact initiatives across business units.
• Develop and monitor executive dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with Process Owners and senior leaders to prioritize opportunities.
• Validate post-implementation benefits and drive continuous optimization.
