Job summary
Adobe's Business Process Optimization (BPO) team seeks a Sr. Manager to lead program delivery across Corporate Accounting and Operations (CAO).
You’ll oversee a broad mix of initiatives including process design, automation, system enhancements, production support, and continuous improvement to keep Finance moving smoothly. You will lead a team of program managers partnering with CAO leaders to map current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and guide work from intake through
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years leading enterprise programs.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing PM teams while hands-on in delivery.
- Experience designing current-to-future state processes using Agile and Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience establishing governance, prioritization, and executive reporting.
- Proficient with Jira, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Power BI or similar tools.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions.
