Job summary

WillScot in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior AP Systems & Process Analyst to optimize accounts payable processes and system workflows. The role provides training and supports KPI tracking for branch AP improvements, with a focus on SAP and OnBase environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, develop enhancements, and implement solutions, while leading training for new hires in AP processes and documentation management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• Minimum 5 years in an accounting systems operation support role.
• Prior SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of invoice/document management systems and AP workflows.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the Invoice/Document Management System resource team.
• Analyze current AP processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Develop and monitor daily/weekly/monthly AP KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Manage weekly AP improvement reports distribution.
• Work with IT to report issues and prioritize projects.
• Prepare AP training materials and LMS courses.
• Lead new hire training for Accounts Payable using SAP processes.
